About Us

We have a prominent Duke Street office, which is open Monday to Thursday 9am to 6.30pm, Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 1pm with colour window display. Personal marketing plans can be created which include adverts in 5 different paper publications across Essex and into East London, constructive viewing feedback is given within 24 hours, we place our homes on rightmove.co.uk along with our own site thinkhome.co.uk. Two types of distinctive brochures are available with a floor plan option subject to selected marketing plan chosen.

About the Team

Our three company Directors Scott Mason, Merrick Allen and Joanne Williams have over 30 years combined experience of the Chelmsford market. Gareth Ward, Lee McGoldrick and Joanne Tann make up our team of friendly and professional Property Consultants. Monthly development programmes are put in place to ensure that our customer service and best practice levels are achieved on a regular basis. In July and August all of the team successfully passed rightmove HIPS training programme.

Marketing Advice

Are objective is to always to achieve the best possible price for the client, we take great pride in the service we offer. Pre-marketing advice with our clients on price will help them not to be deliberately misled just to gain an instruction. Remember cut-priced estate agents will need a higher turnover of stock to survive which could lead to lack of regular advertising, next day viewing feedback being provided, poor service levels being achieved and of course the best price being achieved!


After Sales Service

The time it takes to progress your sale could depend on your chosen estate agent and solicitor. We will help you to become the strongest link in a chain by only recommending proactive local firms with a proven track record. We will then help guide you through the conveyancing process through exchange of contracts and up to the day of completion when the keys are being handed over.

Our prestigious homes division, specialising in marketing, country cottages, listed and period properties, conversions and executive homes, in which we provide a glossy six-page tailor made brochure with floor plan and survey map. These have helped us to successfully sell this style of home across the mid-Essex Area.

Homes Abroad

Our overseas division offers a wide range of property for investment or holiday homes in Spain, Bulgaria, North Cyprus, Dubai, The Caribbean, Turkey, Thailand, Florida, Egypt, Cape Verde and Morocco.
