The Home Partnership was formed in 2006 by three friends and colleagues, who wanted to provide an estate agency service that was modern in its approach and thinking but keeping traditional values with a high quality personal service. Merrick Allen, Scott Mason and Joanne Williams are the three directors that form this exciting partnership in estate agency and financial services with over thirty years' experience between them in Chelmsford and the surrounding villages. We chose to start our own independent estate agency offering independent mortgage advice, having become frustrated with the impersonal approach and target driven attitude of a corporate estate agency.

Our aim, as our name suggests is to establish long term partnerships with our clients, dealling with them time after time to help avoid the stress that buying or selling a home can bring. Our service goes beyond the traditional estate agent and our commitment to the training and development of our staff means that our whole team is here to support you throughout your move.

Merrick Allen - Director

Merrick started out his career within a large corporate agency in Chelmsford where he met Scott, Joanne and Gareth. Merrick lives with his wife Tara and enjoys being a father. He is proud to be a Director of the Home Partnership and enjoys implementing exceptional customer service systems and team training modules.

Joanne Williams - Director

Joanne boasts a wealth of experience and knowledge in both estate agency and financial services. Being a qualified Financial Adviser she is able to assist in all aspect of situations faced within this complex industry. Joanne lives in Chelmsford with her partner and daughter and enjoys practicing yoga outside of work.

Scott D Mason - Director

Scott has strong property knowledge of his home town Chelmsford and has over twelve years' experience in a career which he started as a YTS apprentice. Scott lives with his partner Rebekah and is a keen Leyton Orient supporter so he must have a good sense of humour! Scott enjoys leading the way with our staff appraisals to ensure best practice levels are achieved.

Lee Mc Goldrick - Senior Property Consultant

Lee is a passionate and highly motivated consultant who gets a real buzz from matching people to property. Lee has now started to value homes in which we've introduced an independent valuation report generated by 'Hometrack' to complement the current service we offer. Lee lives in the market town of Maldon and also has a coprorate agency background. In his spare time he enjoys going to the gym, attending martial arts classes and being an armchair Arsenal supporter.

Gareth Ward - Senior Property Consultant

Gareth started with our company in the first year and has worked his way up to the position of Senior Property Consultant. He is passionate about his job and receives many 'thank you' cards and letters from client he has successfully found their dream home for. In his spare time he enjoys running, golf and occasionally clay pigeon shooting.
